Job Description
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues in air conditioning systems, optimizing performance and efficiency.Manage a team of technicians, providing training, guidance, and support to enhance their technical skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and materials, maintaining inventory levels for efficient operations.Prepare and manage budgets for HVAC projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting quality and timeline expectations.Monitor and analyze data on system performance, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades as needed.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, adapting practices to align with advancements.Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, project progress, and team performance for management review. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems management, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.Experience in commercial HVAC systems is preferred, showcasing the ability to handle larger and more complex installations.Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of additional languages can enhance communication with diverse clients.Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, with proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.Excellent leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding a team to achieve common goals effectively.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing timely solutions.Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments.A customer-centric mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients., Naukrigulf, Confidential Company
