Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide healthcare services in a school setting.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in academic/school nursing, with the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans for students.
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting health assessments, administering medications, and providing wound care as needed. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and reports of student health status.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing healthcare services to students in a school setting
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans for students
• Collaborating with teachers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive student care
Required qualifications and skills include:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in ICU, OPD, Medical-Surgical, or Pediatric departments
• Valid DOH/HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one
• BLS and PALS certification
