Job DetailsJob Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: BankingFunction: Banking / Mortgage ProfessionalsGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyCandidate Current Location: AnyJob Type: Full time Key Responsibilities * Oversee account maintenance and operations for Corporate, FI, NBFI, and government clients (onshore and offshore)* Ensure compliance with Central Bank of the UAE regulations and internal bank policies* Maintain CASA, Escrow, Nostro, Vostro, brokerage, margin trading, and wealth management accounts* Authorize and process UID updates, customer grouping, paid-up capital certificates, IBAN letters, and mandate-related documents* Coordinate with onboarding teams and internal departments to meet SLAs and quality expectations* Handle signature verifications for cheques, transfers, and facility-related documents* Monitor group email communications and ensure timely resolution of internal queries* Develop and implement process improvements and service quality controls* Participate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UAT testing, data migration, and system integration projects* Track and report performance metrics, SLA adherence, and document deficiencies* Remain updated with CBUAE guidelines, UAE legal frameworks, and industry best practices* Escalate service issues proactively and recommend service automation opportunities* Support business growth by ensuring reliable and efficient operational support Candidate Requirements * Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field* 3 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with at least 2 years in account services* Proficient in MS Office tools and banking software platforms* Strong understanding of corporate credit administration and financial systems* Familiarity with UAE Central Bank regulations and local legal environment* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)* Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and a fast learner Why Join Us * Be part of the UAE s largest and most trusted financial institution* Work with high-value corporate and institutional clients* Contribute to strategic operations and service innovations across FAB’s global network* Build a meaningful career in a fast-evolving and supportive environment, Naukrigulf, First Abu Dhabi Bank
