Job Description An Accountant plays a crucial role in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements for an organization. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets and income statements.

Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA will be an advantage.
Proven experience as an accountant, auditor, or financial analyst for several years.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in using accounting software and relevant IT applications.
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team for various projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound financial decisions.
