Job Description

Alshaya Group are currently Hiring The below Job category to work in fast food courts. Candidates with experience in retail sales and Fast foods desired.

We are Hiring the Following Candidates:
• Barista
• Customer service Representatives
• Service crew (Waiter, waitress & Runners)
• Cashiers
• Kitchen Staff
• Cooks
• General Cleaners
• Restaurant General Manager
• Head Chef
• Junior Sous Chef
• Commis Chefs
• Chef De Partie
• Hostess
• Runners
• Bartenders

We are looking for skilled Candidates to take orders and receive payments , manage deliveries for our customers. The right cashier uplifts the dining experience for customers by seeing overall operations of dining hall and deliveries.

We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and serving customers,
• Providing detailed information on menus,
• multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties
• collecting the bill,
• in case of complaint you have to attend complaints and manage them by resolving customers complaints
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Preparing Daily sales report

Desired candidates should have at least 2 working experience from a similar background

Salary to be discussed during the interview depending on experience ( AED 2,000 – AED 4,500)
