Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

Sales and Commercial Performance
• Contribute to the preparation of annual sales budgets for the institutional business.
• Maximize sales and profitability by identifying and capitalizing on institutional sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement institutional sales strategies.
• Monitor and control costs within the established budget.
• Identify internal and external commercial growth opportunities to expand business reach.
• Enhance productivity through optimal resource planning and deployment.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure Landmark is positioned as the preferred supplier, always delivering excellent customer service.

Business Management & Development
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the institutional client base and grow B2B sales for the concept.
• Identify and leverage synergies across Landmark Group to maximize efficiency and opportunity.
• Contribute to the successful rollout of new business initiatives and projects that support institutional growth.

Inventory Management & Stock Distribution
• Oversee effective inventory management for institutional sales, including order processing, stock availability, consolidation, movement, and returns.
• Provide monthly feedback to the Concept team on sales performance, inventory status, and product-related insights.
• Build and maintain strong trade relations with institutional clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping for all transactions.
• Monitor credit orders, manage outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.
• Recommend and facilitate approval of credit limits for institutional clients in coordination with the finance department.

Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Promote the Landmark concept’s institutional brand by liaising with the marketing team and devising effective and customized proposals for institutional members

People Management
• Define clear KPI’s for direct reports and conduct timely performance appraisals in alignment with company guidelines.
• Ensure a positive work environment and facilitate the resolution of grievances or complaints.
• Oversee effective staff deployment and scheduling to ensure optimal productivity and service delivery.
