A proactive approach, paired with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential for success in this role, which aims to achieve corporate sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and engage potential corporate clients.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales promotions.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition.
Monitor and ensure that sales team members meet their sales targets monthly.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform strategic planning.
Provide training and mentoring to junior sales team members.
Assist in negotiating and closing high-value sales contracts peacefully.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in corporate sales.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
Minimum of three years experience in corporate sales or similar role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales initiatives.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events when required.
