Job Description
Job summary:
The partners manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with key partners to drive business growth and enhance our healthcare technology offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute partnership strategies: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives.
• Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
• Contract negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Performance monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Problem solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in partnerships maintaining a positive and productive relationship.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the healthcare technology sector.
Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic and French are a plus.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
