Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of automobile shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers to optimize shipping costs and logistics efficiency.
Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs forms.
Monitor the progress of vehicle shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local regulations for vehicle shipping.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Handle and resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages, or client complaints.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Analyze logistics processes and recommend improvements to optimize operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in automobile shipping or logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international vehicle shipping regulations and procedures.
Excellent negotiation skills with experience in managing carrier agreements.
Proficient in shipping software and tools for logistics planning and tracking.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
