We Are Hiring: Sales Executive – Personal Finance (Islamic Banking)

About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote Shariah-compliant personal finance products for a leading Islamic bank in the UAE. If you have a passion for financial services and a talent for closing sales, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the region’s most respected Islamic institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market and sell Islamic personal finance products to individuals across the UAE
• Conduct client meetings, field sales, and participate in lead generation campaigns
• Clearly explain Shariah-compliant finance options and benefits to potential customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies, eligibility criteria, and finance structures
• Ensure all customer documentation is complete and compliant with Islamic finance laws
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in personal loan or banking product sales preferred
• Knowledge of Islamic personal finance products is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a competitive sales environment
• UAE banking or financial sales experience preferred; freshers with the right attitude are welcome
• Must currently reside in the UAE and be available to join immediately
