You will assist with baggage handling, escort guests to their rooms, and manage storage facilities while maintaining the high service standards expected at QE2. You will coordinate closely with the front office, housekeeping, and reservations to ensure a seamless guest journey. What You ll Do * Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism and courtesy upon arrival* Assist guests with transporting, storing, and retrieving luggage* Maintain an organized and secure luggage storage area for both short- and long-term stays* Keep updated records of VIP, group, and individual arrivals for effective planning* Provide guests with directions, hotel information, and respond to general inquiries* Coordinate closely with housekeeping, sales, and reservations to align on room readiness and guest needs* Handle guest requests related to bell services efficiently and with a service-first mindset* Monitor and comply with hotel policies related to key handling and safety deposit boxes* Use Opera or similar hotel systems for tracking guest services and room allocations* Support a safe, clean, and organized lobby and bell desk area at all times Ideal Profile Courteous and Organized Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality Support * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar bell desk or guest services role* Proficiency in Opera PMS is preferred* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure* Good organizational skills and attention to detail when handling guest belongings* Team player with a strong service ethic and ability to multitask in a busy environment* Prior experience in a luxury or heritage Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality setting is an advantage, Naukrigulf, Accor Group
