About the business area

The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances through expert advice and a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari’ah compliant banking. The business is committed to driving digital innovation to deliver excellence in customer this role, your key responsibilities include

Customer Support:
Act as the first point of contact for customers in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), providing consistent and accurate product information and service to proactively resolve customer issues/complaints to the required standards.

Audit and Compliance:
Perform the required care and diligence in daily conduct to protect the Bank from financial and non-financial loss, ensuring policies and guidelines are consistently followed to promote best practices.

Reporting and Management Information Systems (MIS):
Provide standardized and ad hoc reports to business units as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs), liaising with and reporting on activity inconsistencies to line managers for timely rectification.

Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures:
Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, and procedures to ensure work is carried out to standard while delivering quality service.

Self-Management:
Manage oneself in line with the Bank’s policies to maximize contribution to business performance.

Customer Service:
Demonstrate ADCB’s Service Standards to deliver the required levels of service in all customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

High School Degree or equivalent in a related subject

Working knowledge of Word and Excel Bi-lingual in English and Arabic, with a customer service orientation

Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task

Competitive Salary:
The pay range is AED 5000 to 7000 per month, with eligibility for variable pay plans.
