Employment OverviewJob Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Logistics and Supply ChainFunction: Accounting / FinanceGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyJob Type: Full-time What You ll Do * Collect and record daily cash from delivery personnel and transport partners* Process payments for inbound and outbound logistics transactions* Reconcile cash and payment reports from warehouse and transport operations* Maintain organized filing of delivery cash slips, invoices, PODs, and vouchers* Assist finance team in verifying and entering payment records for freight and warehouse services* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely submission of documents* Support monthly stock audits and reconcile COD cash collections* Maintain accurate logs for driver payments, refunds, and petty cash transactions* Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures Ideal Profile * High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or finance training is a plus* Strong numerical and calculation skills* Proficient in MS Excel or similar data entry tools* Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain finance preferred* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude, Naukrigulf, Glow Beauty On Demand
