As the founding CEO of Dragon Drinks MENA, you will lead the company’s launch, growth, and strategic operations across the Gulf region. You will be responsible for securing brand partnerships, building distribution networks, managing finances, and developing a high-performing local team. You are both a visionary leader and an execution expert with strong cross-cultural understanding and entrepreneurial drive.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap and annual operating plans
Lead negotiations and relationship management with Dongpeng (China HQ) and other brand partners
Oversee the setup of company legal entity, licensing, compliance, and financial governance
Build and lead the core leadership team (sales, logistics, e-commerce, admin)
Expand retail and distribution partnerships across UAE and the wider MENA region
Represent the company with investors, media, regulators, and government stakeholders
Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with company KPIs and financial goals
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese (Arabic is a plus)
Deep understanding of FMCG or beverage industry operations, ideally in MENA or Southeast Asia
Strong experience in business setup, cross-border trade, or channel development
Prior startup or regional leadership experience is highly preferred
Passion for brand building, operational excellence, and team leadership
