Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Proven experience in educational program development and implementation.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certification as a Clinical Educator or equivalent credential preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals.
