Job Description
**JOB PURPOSE**
– Expense Reports Processing, Banking, Cash Receipts, Prepaids, Accruals and related accounts reconciliations, Real Estate and Facility Management accounts, Monthly Report and Budgeting.
• *KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
– Prepare and analyse financial statements for our real estate portfolio Monthly, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements and all notes related to.
– Manage accounting processes ensuring team is meeting deadlines and accurately performing essential duties.
– Reviewing general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
– Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for real estate properties.
– Develop and maintain budgets for real estate properties and provide ongoing financial analysis.
– Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
– Collaborate with property management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
– Prepare and file tax returns for real estate properties.
– Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed.
– Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls.
– Oversee daily transactions, including, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
– Manage month-end and year-end closing.
– Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department.
– Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting.
– Complete and submit monthly management accounts.
– Complete and issue yearly audited accounts
– Be able to complete and submit ERP generated monthly financial reports.
– Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.
– Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets.
– Supervises the performance of direct subordinates.
– Other Special Assignments by the Line Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar roles.
– Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience.
– Preferable to have exposure to investment, real-estate, FMCG / Retail business verticals
– Masters or Graduate in Finance / Accounting
– Well versed with International Accounting Standards, banking relations
– Additional Certifications – IFRS, CMA etc. preferred.
– Knowledge in Financial Analysis Methodologies, Accounting & Reporting Principles
– Working knowledge in SAP Application
– Must have Writing, Speaking, Reading proficiency in English, Preferable to have Writing, Speaking, Reading proficiency in Arabic.
– Relevant experience in audit and costing
– Excellent Analytical Ability & Decision-Making Skills
– Attention to details & Accuracy.
– Proactiveness & Time Management
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
