Job Description
The Corporate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that promote the company’s brand, products, and services at a corporate level. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, overseeing market research, managing brand positioning, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive corporate marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance corporate image and visibility.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, PR) to ensure consistent messaging.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media, and external vendors.
Organize corporate events, seminars, and promotional activities.
Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate marketing or strategic marketing roles.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and market research.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
