Job Description
The Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi seeks a Corporate Policies Lead to develop, review, and oversee the implementation of corporate policies that align with the DCT’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, enhance governance frameworks, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement corporate policies and frameworks in alignment with the DCT’s strategic direction, long-term vision, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct policy impact assessments and provide recommendations to senior leadership in alignment with DCT’s Strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless policy integration.
• Drive policy awareness training sessions and communication initiatives to promote adherence across the organization.
• Prepare and deliver policy briefings, submissions, presentations, and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop reporting mechanisms to track policy compliance, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate policy development, governance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Strong understanding of UAE legislative and regulatory frameworks impacting corporate operations.
