Job DetailsJob Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEIndustry: BankingFunction: Finance / Investment BankingGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyJob Type: Full-time What You ll Do * Drive Global Markets product sales to large corporates within the Corporate and Commercial Banking Group segment* Meet individual and team revenue, margin, and volume targets across assigned portfolios* Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored solutions and proactive engagement* Price, structure, and sell multi-asset class products including FX, FX Options, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Equities, TRS, and Islamic Products* Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Documentation to ensure seamless transaction execution* Maintain 100% compliance with all operational and regulatory standards* Identify cross-sell opportunities and optimize client FX flows to increase wallet share* Respond to client inquiries with high levels of service to ensure satisfaction and retention* Support the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with market conditions and client needs* Utilize systems such as Bloomberg, Murex, and Super Derivatives for pricing and structuring Ideal Profile * Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline* Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 8 years in financial markets and direct client-facing roles* Strong knowledge of Global Markets products, pricing models, and client sales processes* Proficient in Murex, Bloomberg, and other financial systems for pricing and analytics* Team player with excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills* Ability to work under pressure, manage complex client portfolios, and drive results* Regional or foreign language skills are a plus Why Join UsJoin the leading financial markets team at FAB, where you ll collaborate with top-tier professionals, gain exposure to global markets, and help deliver tailored solutions that shape corporate financial strategy across the region.
