Job Description

* CRM Campaign Execution: Build, deploy, and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, Push) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Customer Journey Management: Design and implement automated customer journeys with Journey Builder, integrating with key business touchpoints across the customer lifecycle. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Utilize AMPscript, automation studio, segmentation tools, and dynamic content for personalized messaging. • Data & CDP Integration: Work with Salesforce Data Cloud and other Customer Data Platforms to enhance segmentation, audience profiling, and campaign effectiveness. • Reporting & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, deliver actionable insights using dashboards and analytics tools (GA4, Power BI, or similar), and drive continuous optimization. • HTML Email Development: Design and code responsive HTML-based EDMs and troubleshoot rendering issues across devices and platforms. • Digital Marketing Support: Assist in executing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms, aligning CRM efforts with broader digital marketing strategy. • Data Hygiene & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, compliance with GDPR/DP laws, and maintain high standards of deliverability and opt-in best practices. • Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and IT to support integrated campaigns and business goals. * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, etc.). * Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud for CRM analytics, lead performance monitoring, and dashboard reporting. * Strong knowledge of CRM lifecycle strategies and campaign implementation best practices. * Proficient in data analysis and campaign reporting, with a clear understanding of CRM KPIs (OR, CTR, CVR, churn, LTV, etc.). * Experience working with Data Cloud/CDP tools to understand user profiles and create personalized experiences. * Hands-on experience in HTML/CSS for email design and development. * Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4. * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. * Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset. * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator) are a plus.
