As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s sales team by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Your primary responsibilities include managing administrative and support tasks to help the sales team achieve its targets.
• Prepare and support sales-related documents (e.g., quotations, orders, contracts) within the current Krones system landscape, considering country and customer specifics.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Organize and schedule sales meetings and presentations.
• Assist the Sales Coordinator in processing sales orders in the ERP system.
Communication:
• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding sales inquiries, updates, and complaints, noting that the intern cannot be the main contact.
• Coordinate between the local and regional sales teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and efficient processes.
Reporting:
• Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
• Support monitoring of sales data and provide insights to improve team efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, without being the main point of contact.
• Follow up on open quotations, outstanding issues, or potential upselling opportunities.
Your Profile
• Experience:

2-3 years in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Customer-focused and empathetic.
• Strong analytical skills and adaptability.
