Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in Singapore or Dubai as a Trader with a focus on EFP trading, equity financing trading structures, and inventory optimization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in trading across Asian markets, identifying and evaluating carry trade opportunities, collaborating with quant teams and banks, and implementing optimization strategies at the firm level.

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Finance, quantitative or related field, and 2-3 years of trading experience or knowledge of equity delta one, ideally across several Asia emerging markets and the MSCI complex.

Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA or Python is also required. The successful candidate will be detail-focused, able to work with technology and quants to build sustainable systems, and methodical with the ability to prioritize and execute critical tasks under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively monitor and trade EFP opportunities across Asian markets, accounting for the unique characteristics and nuances of each country
• Identify and evaluate carry trade opportunities to enhance portfolio returns
• Collaborate with quant teams, banks, and operations to design and refine trading setups and streamline processes
• Implement optimization strategies at the firm level, including corporate action elections and capital reduction
• Enhance trading tools to ensure scalability and effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Finance, quantitative or related field
• 2-3 years of trading experience or knowledge of equity delta one, ideally across several Asia emerging markets and the MSCI complex
• Familiarity with programming language such as VBA or Python
