Qualifications A Bachelor s Degree in Education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) in the relevant subject area A minimum of 2 years teaching experience (preferred) Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Experience teaching the IB is desirable but not essential Own visa to reside & work in UAE Desired Attributes A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing each student s potential A strong understanding of best practices, current pedagogy, and technology-enhanced learning Proven ability to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment Job Requirements Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of a diverse student body. Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including technology and real-world applications, to inspire a love of learning. Regularly assess and monitor student progress, using data to refine and improve teaching strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that prepare students for a global future. Contribute to the school s vibrant culture by participating in extracurricular activities and school-wide events.
