This role ensures that digital services are rigorously tested and optimized for a seamless customer experience. Employment OverviewLocation: United Arab EmiratesLocation: Abu DhabiIndustry: Banking / Mortgage ProfessionalsFunction: Product ManagementGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyCandidate Preferred Location: AnyJob Type: Full-time What You ll Do * Lead testing for digital products including CASA, cards, lending, and onboarding workflows* Design and execute UAT test plans for mobile, web, and tablet platforms* Identify defects, track resolutions, and validate fixes using tools like JIRA* Partner with business and technology teams to align testing with user needs* Monitor the performance and reliability of launched digital journeys* Assist in post-launch testing and quality control for maintenance releases* Support squad backlogs with test cases and input on digital process improvements* Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of test progress and outcomes* Act as a liaison for customer-facing teams to relay technical or process issues Ideal Profile * Bachelor s degree in business, engineering, or computer science* 2 3 years of experience in UAT, product management, or technical QA* Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments* Solid understanding of digital banking services and user flows* Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills* Ability to prioritize multiple testing tasks across squads and delivery timelines* Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related product delivery methodologies preferred, Naukrigulf, First Abu Dhabi Bank
