About the Role:
We are looking for a Director of Logistics & Equipment to lead and shape a multi-country team responsible for fulfilling and managing complex equipment needs for major broadcast productions. Based in the UAE and overseeing operations across Singapore, UAE and India, this leadership position will create a unified asset management structure to ensure seamless delivery of internal and external equipment — on time, on budget, and to world-class standards.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll be working closely with internal departments including operations, engineering, sales, logistics, and global equipment planning stakeholders to ensure equipment fulfilment is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with project timelines. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and can foster trust, improve systems, and drive operational performance.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
• Experience running operations teams across multiple countries and coordinating with remote offices and time zones.
• Background in creating and implementing processes, ideally in a start-up or acquired business environment with varied operational structures.
• Demonstrated history of building and leading teams, ideally within the broadcast or live events industry.
