Job Description

We’re hiring a Director – Finance, Operations & Investor Relations for a newly launched hedge fund in the UAE. This senior role offers full relocation support and broad leadership across fund operations, finance, and investor engagement. Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior professional to lead finance, operations, and investor relations. This is a strategic leadership role with direct exposure to the founding team and significant influence over the firm’s infrastructure and growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations
• Oversee daily trade operations, reconciliations, and service provider coordination
• Lead fund and account onboarding processes
• Implement and refine operational procedures and controls

Finance & Accounting
• Manage fund accounting, NAV oversight, capital activity, audits, and tax filings
• Support financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting
• Liaise with fund administrator and external compliance/legal providers

Investor Relations
• Maintain CRM and manage investor onboarding (KYC/AML)
• Coordinate investor communications, reporting cycles, and due diligence requests
• Develop pitch materials and support capital raising efforts

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• 5-10 years of experience in hedge funds or asset management
• Strong understanding of fund structures, Cayman vehicles, and admin platforms
• Investor-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a lean team
