Job Description
– Shall be part of the transaction team and provide support to Senior Directors in originating, structuring, and negotiating transactions by conducting financial / accounting/market due diligence for prospective Borrowers / Issuers (financial analysis, market analysis, rating reports, industry reports, trends in debt market, soft market circling) in the Private Credit space.- Close coordination with various stakeholders (including relationship, operations, Agency, Sharia team & Mashreq Capital) in the documentation and disbursement (including the ability to work with the legal counsels independently)- Ensure correctness of the pipeline, and market deals database and other MIS such as the customer profitability reports- Be accountable for the filing process for every transaction (electronic filing in a shared folder)- Ensure marketing tools are up to the standards of Mashreq (placemats, pitch books, Information Memoranda, Prospectus, teasers, tombstones), Naukrigulf, Client of Talentmate
