Job Description

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, incorporating play-based learning and fostering creativity to promote holistic child development.Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and social-emotional growth for each child.Observe and assess children’s individual progress, documenting their development through observations, portfolios, and regular communication with parents.Maintain open and consistent communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and fostering a strong home-school connection. Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Holds a valid teaching license or certification in Early Childhood Education, demonstrating professional competence.Has at least 2 years of experience working in an early childhood setting, showing practical knowledge.Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education., Naukrigulf, Nursery
