Job Description

Main Position Objective:
The Technical Team Leader oversees technical operations aspects, including identifying and fixing technical problems or assets damaged during service. They also install equipment upon client request, participate in inspections, and maintain warehouse equipment.
Constant communication with team technicians and reporting to the Director of Operations are essential responsibilities, providing feedback, highlighting issues, and proposing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials and load vehicles accordingly
• Maintain adherence to company procedures and safety rules during service
• Conduct disinfection/treatment processes according to protocols
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems, identifying maintenance risks
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and on-the-job training
