Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Executive for Institutional
Sales to drive growth and manage key client relationships within the B2B sector. This role is
crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets in the
institutional footwear segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire
sales lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to account management and post-sales
support, ensuring a seamless experience for our institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Growth:
New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new institutional clients
through direct visits, presentations, and strategic negotiation to secure new business
opportunities.
Target Achievement: Achieve individual and contribute to the team’s annual sales target of
AED 6 million, assessed quarterly, by focusing on both new business development and
growth within existing accounts.
Market Analysis & Planning: Develop and propose new clients based on a thorough
assessment of current market trends and potential new customer opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Account Management: Nurture and expand relationships with existing institutional clients,
ensuring high satisfaction, timely renewals of agreements, and fulfillment of their ongoing
footwear requirements.
Strategic Engagement: Represent the brand effectively by engaging with senior client
stakeholders in a professional, persistent, and resilient manner, upholding Shoemart’s
brand image.

Sales Operations & Coordination

Proposal & Agreement Management: Prepare and present customized product
presentations and sales quotations. Draft, finalize, and submit new customer agreements
for necessary departmental approvals and signatures.
Price Management: Maintain and regularly update the price master for all existing and new
institutional clients.
Sample Management: Coordinate the collection and submission of samples with local
suppliers.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact, coordinating seamlessly
with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, product development) and external
partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
Inventory Oversight: Manage territory-specific inventory purchases to align with client
needs and sales forecasts

Education, Skills & Experience-
• Graduate, exposure to business, commerce or finance streams is beneficial
• Relevant experience of atleast 2/3 years in institutional sales – preferably in insdustries
targeting the HoReCa and airline sectors amongst others
• Excellent Communication Ability
• The ideal candidate will come across as being obviously confident and have the ability to
represent Shoemart in the best manner possible
