Job Description
**About the Role**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:
– Oversee daily financial operations, including **accounting, reporting, and budget forecasting**.
– Prepare and review **financial statements** to ensure accuracy and compliance.
– Handle **payroll processing** and maintain accurate salary and benefits records.
– Manage employee contracts, renewals, and documentation in compliance with **UAE Labour Law**.
– Coordinate with **MOHRE** and other UAE government portals for HR tasks.
– Support hiring processes, onboarding, and maintaining staff records.
– Advise on financial implications for projects and budgets.
– Work closely with management to ensure **financial stability and growth**.
• *Requirements**:
– Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a **finance role** within the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of **UAE HR regulations** and employment law.
– Proficiency in **accounting software** and MS Excel.
– Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
