Job Description
The role of Finance Business Partner & PMO is pivotal in driving financial and operational excellence within our organization. This position marries the analytical and strategic aspects of finance with the project management office’s organized and systematic approach. The Finance Business Partner & PMO will be responsible for bridging the gap between financial insights and business strategy, ensuring that financial data is effectively translated into actionable strategies. Furthermore, the role involves overseeing project management processes to ensure that the organization s projects are executed efficiently and align with broader business goals. This person will work closely with senior management, offering valuable insights into financial planning, forecasting, and resource management, while also providing support for key strategic projects.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
Collaborate with departmental heads to create budgets and track financial performance.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and develop forecasts and reports.
Work as a liaison between finance and business units to drive financial strategy.
Provide project management oversight and guidance to ensure project alignment with company goals.
Support strategic planning processes by providing financial analysis and insights.
Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets to assure project scope adherence.
Prepare financial analysis reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between finance and strategic project teams.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and legal regulations across projects.
Identify financial and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of project management software and tools.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance, project management, or related roles required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis software preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
