Job Description For Financial Controller – 4 Star hotel in Dubai (HOZ24890) in Dubai United Arab Emirates,United Arab Emirates UAE. The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations and reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial policies to support the hotel’s strategic goals.Education & Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Finance is a plus). Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred.Experience:Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in a 4-star or higher hotel, preferably within an international or regional brand in the UAE.Technical Skills: Expertise in hotel accounting systems and software. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting. Proficiency in UAE financial regulations and compliance standards. Excellent command of Excel and financial modeling.Personal Qualities: Young at heart, energetic, and strategic thinker.
