This role involves managing utilization, maintenance, logistics, and compliance with UAE transport regulations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost control while supporting large-scale construction and development projects. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the company s fleet, including plant, machinery, and vehicles, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal downtime.* Manage logistics planning, scheduling, and movement of equipment and materials to support project timelines.* Implement and enforce maintenance schedules to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with UAE transport and RTA regulations.* Supervise drivers, operators, and fleet staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.* Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, inspections, licensing, and regulatory compliance.* Coordinate with site teams to align fleet availability with project requirements.* Monitor and control operational costs, implementing measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.* Utilize fleet management software to track performance, maintenance, and asset utilization. Candidate Requirements * Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum 10 years of experience in transport or fleet management within PMV, construction, or heavy equipment industries.* Strong understanding of UAE transport laws, RTA requirements, and compliance standards.* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.* Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.
