Food & Beverage Assistant (Room Service) at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is located in the vibrant Dubai Marina area, offering a modern hotel experience tailored for business travelers. The hotel features 273 stylish rooms and is situated near Dubai Marina Mall and the scenic pedestrian promenade lined with cafes and restaurants.
We are currently seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Assistant (In Room Dining) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable Room Dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Performing all tasks related to food & beverage service according to hotel standards
• Greeting, seating, and serving guests in a professional and discreet manner
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests effectively
• Monitoring the quality of food & beverages served
• Handling customer queries and complaints satisfactorily
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and equipment
• Preparing for service and maintaining mise-en-place
• Answering calls professionally as per SOP
Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry. Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software are desirable.
