• Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Min. 15 years’ experience in Sales and min. 5 years experience in the position of General Manager – Sales
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including the Board and C-level.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Experience in the Middle East, especially (UAE, Oman, Qatar)
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Arabic/German would be an added advantage
• SAP – CRM
Job Duties:
• Leading the sales team in UAE, Oman and Qatar
• Develop projects in regard to EPCM, Services, Long Term Contracts,Shutdowns, etc.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Project forecasting for different industry sectors.
• Developing sales plan for new industries and product portfolio.
• Developing customer engagement.
• Alignment with Engineering Companies, OEMs and PMCs in theregion.
• Attend industry events to develop and expand network RTT network in the region.
• Analyze market research and trends to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Execution and implementation of market analyses / competitive situation.
• Forecast preparation and report generation.
• Execution and planning of sales campaigns. Preparation of presentations.
