Job Description
Job Summary:The Hair Trainer will be responsible for supporting and delivering professional training sessions for our salon partners and clients across the region. Working under the guidance of the Education Manager, this role will co-manage academy classes and independently lead technical trainings when needed. The Hair Trainer will play a key role in upholding the brand’s professional image, enhancing technical expertise in the market, and contributing to the overall success of the education and business development strategy.Responsibilities:Training & Education Delivery• Assist the Education Manager in planning and conducting academy classes and workshops.• Independently lead technical hair training sessions for salons, distributors, and partners.• Deliver high-quality education on brand philosophy, product knowledge, and techniques.• Provide hands-on demonstrations and support during salon visits and events.Client Relationship & Support• Build strong relationships with salon professionals and ensure ongoing technical support.• Answer technical queries and provide guidance on proper product usage and techniques.• Follow up on post-training feedback and maintain regular communication with clients.Business Development & Brand Representation• Represent our education team during events, launches, and exhibitions.• Actively support the business by identifying education-led opportunities for growth.• Collaborate with the sales team to align training with sales objectives.Academy & Program Coordination• Support the organization of in-house and external education programs.• Maintain training schedules, participant lists, tools, and training materials.• Ensure the academy is always prepared and equipped for upcoming sessions.Reporting & Documentation• Track training attendance, feedback, and performance progress.• Provide regular reports to the Education Manager on training outcomes and needs. • 3+ years of Similar experience in GCC market preferably within UAE • Proven experience as a hairdresser, colourist, or trainer in the professional hair industry.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Passion for education, beauty, and sharing knowledge.• Ability to work independently and lead sessions with confidence.• Flexibility to travel and conduct trainings across different locations.• Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).• Professional appearance and strong understanding of salon etiquette., Naukrigulf, Eideal
