Job DetailsLocation: United Arab EmiratesLocation: DubaiIndustry: Banking / Mortgage ProfessionalsFunction: Customer support / client careGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyCandidate Preferred Location: AnyJob Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the CCS team to deliver timely, efficient client services aligned with SLAs and FAB standards* Oversee client servicing operations, issue resolution, quality control, staff development, and strategic planning* Foster long-term internal and external client relationships through regular feedback and service improvements* Ensure accurate transaction processing and documentation with strict compliance to SOPs and regulatory requirements* Drive continuous improvement in processes, service delivery, and team productivity* Collaborate with back-office and operational risk teams to support safe and efficient service execution* Establish and maintain service level agreements, manage capacity planning, and review performance reports* Provide coaching, guidance, and succession planning for team members, including UAE Nationals* Prepare financial, operational, and performance reports as per FAB standards and timelines* Champion a customer-first culture, lead internal reviews, and guide on employee performance and training* Identify opportunities for business growth and service innovation* Uphold policy compliance, and oversee audits and risk mitigation across the department Ideal Profile * Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Banking, or related field* 8+ years of banking experience with deep exposure to operational functions and people management* Strong command of banking operations, legal frameworks, and compliance processes* Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with focus on high-performing teams* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills* Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to high-pressure, high-volume environments* Familiarity with banking systems, quality assurance, and financial performance tracking* Strategic thinker with problem-solving and process optimization experience, Naukrigulf, First Abu Dhabi Bank
