Cicero Export FZ LLC is part of the Dutch-based Cicero Group and serves as our dedicated hub for the Middle East. We specialize in high-quality electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions and accessories, supplying businesses and distributors with premium European-engineered products.

With our warehouse based in RAKEZ, we ensure fast delivery and strong stock availability to serve the growing demand for EV infrastructure in the GCC region. We are now looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to lead our regional commercial expansion.

Role Overview

As Head of Sales, you will be the key driver of Cicero Export’s growth in the Middle East. Your focus will be on building our B2B sales network, developing strong partnerships with distributors, resellers, and fleet operators, and positioning Cicero Export as a leading EV charging brand in the region.

You will work closely with the Netherlands HQ for product strategy and pricing, while having full ownership of regional sales execution and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Middle East, with a focus on B2B channels.
• Identify and onboard distributors, resellers, and large corporate/fleet clients.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and strategic partnerships.
• Lead high-value negotiations and secure long-term contracts.
• Work with the RAKEZ warehouse to ensure seamless order fulfillment and fast client delivery.
• Build and manage a local sales team as demand grows.

Skills

Requirements
• Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in electrical components, EV infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong network in the Middle East with established relationships in the automotive or energy sector (advantageous).
• Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable setting up a regional sales presence from the ground up.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai/Ras Al Khaimah., Bayt.com, Cicero Export FZ LLC
