Job Description
We are seeking an inspirational, charismatic and ambitious Head to lead Brighton College s outstanding Senior School in Al Ain, with a start date negotiable for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience with a track record of delivering academic excellence, supported by outstanding pastoral and co-curricular programmes that are essential to the success of any Brighton College school. The role will require creativity, innovation, the ability to lead strategically, and the political, cultural and commercial sensitivity to be able to work effectively with our excellent partners in the UAE, together with other external agencies. An understanding of the qualities needed to run an outstanding school will be essential, as will an enthusiasm for working within the Brighton College group.
