Job Description
Job Title: Crane Technician (Electrical & Mechanical)
Location: UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Crane Technician with strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, inspection, and troubleshooting of various types of cranes (overhead, mobile, tower) to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults (control panels, wiring, motors, VFDs, PLCs) and mechanical issues (gearboxes, brakes, hydraulics).
Inspect cranes for compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct load testing and performance checks to ensure operational reliability.
Repair and replace faulty electrical components such as sensors, switches, relays, and contactors.
Maintain hydraulic and mechanical systems including wire ropes, bearings, and winches.
Document maintenance activities and prepare service reports.
Provide technical support and training to operators when necessary.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and carry out immediate repairs.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in crane maintenance and repair (overhead, mobile, or tower cranes).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical assemblies.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
Familiarity with UAE safety standards and lifting equipment regulations.
Physically fit and able to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
