Job Description

Plant Operator and Electrical Technician

We are seeking skilled Plant Operators and Electrical Technicians to support the smooth operation of our plant systems.
Maintain production efficiency by operating machines in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Monitor equipment performance, record machine parameters, settings, and operating conditions accurately.Perform minor mechanical fixes and adjustments to machine parts, ensuring optimal functionality.Coordinate with Shift Supervisors for plant-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting for control panels and process instruments, adhering to safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.2-5 years of experience in plant/machine operations preferably in batching or manufacturing plants.Hands-on experience with SCADA PLC and HMI systems is advantageous.Strong understanding of electrical safety and instrumentation basics.Ability to read technical manuals and interpret machine parameters.
