Your goal will be to drive revenue, secure new partnerships, and maintain strong client relationships across the region. What You ll Do * Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Middle East recruitment market.* Generate quality leads, present tailored recruitment solutions, and close high-value deals.* Build long-term relationships with key HR professionals, decision-makers, and stakeholders.* Monitor regional trends to enhance service offerings and optimize client acquisition strategies.* Achieve sales targets and report progress to senior management. Ideal Profile * Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.* 2 5 years of B2B sales experience in the recruitment or staffing sector, ideally in the Middle East.* Deep knowledge of regional market trends and recruitment practices.* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.* Established network of HR contacts in the Middle East is highly desirable.* Previous experience with multinational corporations or global recruitment agencies is preferred., Naukrigulf, Mogi I/O
