You will handle server maintenance, user support, system security, and network management, while also providing training and support to staff on educational technology. This role requires strong technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a school environment. What You ll Do * Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and computer peripherals* Provide daily technical support via service desk for hardware, software, and network issues* Administer Microsoft Office 365 tools including Exchange Online, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory* Manage Active Directory accounts, GPOs, and Windows Server environments* Monitor system performance and perform regular updates, patches, and antivirus installations* Set up and maintain network equipment including UniFi access points, switches, and LAN/WAN connectivity* Configure and monitor FortiGate firewall including VPN, policies, and internet usage controls* Maintain technical documentation and update the school s internal IT knowledge base* Support school staff with educational platforms and basic IT training* Manage the school website (WordPress) and ensure timely content updates and performance* Conduct onboarding, IT orientation, and staff training sessions Ideal Profile * 2 4 years of proven experience in an IT Executive, Admin, or Support role* Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or MCITP are required* Experience with Office 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory management* Familiarity with FortiGate firewall configuration and network security practices* Hands-on experience with help desk support systems and issue resolution* Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control systems, and IT security protocols* Basic understanding of ITIL framework is a plus* Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly* Experience in school IT environments is highly desirable, Naukrigulf, LEAMS Education
