Job Description
*Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.)*Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and ensure applications meet organizational needs.*Lead application deployment, integration, and upgrade projects*Manage vendor relationships, including licensing, support, and SLAs.*Ensure application performance, availability, and security.*Coordinate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.*Provide Level 3 support for escalated application issues.*Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the application portfolio.*Monitor user adoption and satisfaction, providing training where necessary.*Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures.*Develop and manage application budget and resource planning. *3+ years of experience in IT application support or management.*Proven experience managing enterprise-level software systems.*Strong knowledge of application architecture, integrations, and databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.)*Experience with cloud-based applications (e.g., SaaS platforms)*Project management experience (PMP, Prince2 certification is a plus)*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills*Leadership and team management experience, Naukrigulf, Staff Connect Information Technology Consultants
