Capable of managing IVMS functionalities as per International Specifications & Standards (OGP IVMS Guidance Note)

Knowledge of IVMS software functionalities and holds the full capabilities of IVMS Admin in monitoring VEHICLE journey through online tracking system and generating relevant reports.

Assist and participate, where necessary, in crash/ near miss incident investigation. Generate accident related IVMS reports (Activity timeline, Tachograph, trip report, violation history etc.)

Develop IVMS related business processes and procedures as per Company business needs and standard.

Report to management regularly all related IVMS reports as per the Company HSE Standard in addition to IVMS Team performance and productivity.

Capable of analyzing report derived from IVMS to determine Vehicle and driver utilization and provide feedback to management on areas for potential optimization.

Continuously evaluate and identify IVMS system gaps and propose improvement to support automation of all processes in liaison with IVMS Vendor and Company IT.

Develop a mechanism to evaluate the reliability of IVMS hardware and oversee the rectification of any technical issue with IVMS vendor.

Implement HSE Standard on Road Safety and IVMS Guidelines.

Capable of Communication with stakeholders for road safety/IVMS related matters, issues and action items

Capability of leading a team and hold a good project management skills.

Readiness to step in as IVMS Admin in the event of shortage of manpower and/or increased workload.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT or Equivalent from a reputable University

Excellent Command of English, speaking, reading, and writing.
