What We’re Looking For:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketing Executive with a flair for creativity and strong foundational knowledge in digital and traditional marketing. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills across 360-degree marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
• Support 360-Degree Marketing Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns spanning print, digital, email, events, and social.
• Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor performance across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Content Creation:
• Design visually engaging posts for social media.
• Assist in creating videos and reels for promotional use and brand storytelling.
• Contribute creative ideas for podcast topics, guest features, and reel formats.
• Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automations using tools like Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• SEO: Manage SEO agency and have knowledge of keywords.
• CRM Usage: Manage and update customer data and use insights for campaign targeting and segmentation.
• Lead Management: Follow aggressively with sales team to make sure they are working on assigned leads and closing them.
• Tool Proficiency: Use a variety of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to create content, monitor campaigns, and analyze metrics.

Qualifications

Required Skills Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing.
• Understanding of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content formats (especially video and reels).
• Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong creative thinking and a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Information

Nice to Have
• Experience in podcast production or editing.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
