Job Description Summary An excellent opportunity for a Key Account Manager for BD MDS Business Unit (Medication Delivery Solution). Geographically this role will cover UAE and work with key customers in related Healthcare sectors in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. About The Role The Key Account Manager (KAM) plays a pivotal role to drive customer centricity through leading and establishing relationships with all key collaborators, decision-makers and influencers in key Healthcare sectors. They will be the subject matter expert for the MDS platforms in UAE & responsible for targeted Healthcare sectors under direct business model. Candidates could be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai with a willingness to travel across UAE. Main Responsibilities Will Include Drive sales revenue & growth within assigned territory. Engage and develop Key Opinion Leaders, Key Stakeholders, Key Decision Makers. Ensure accurate forecasting, through monitoring IMS RR, opportunities, and inventory. Setup Commercial plans, aligned with MDS Strategy. Lead Safety and beneficial solutions adoption across targeted HCSs. Drive efficient Strategic Tenders Management/Tender Prework. Ensure efficient Competition intelligence. About You Bachelor s degree in a medical/healthcare discipline 3 – 5 years of sales experience in Medical Devices industry portfolio is highly preferred. Key Account Management experience is a plus. Regional experience in UAE and targeted Healthcare sectors SEHA is a must.
