Job Description
Key Role in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality Development:
• As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of the Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality sector within the tourism ecosystem.
• Our goal is to improve visitor experiences through strategic alignment and innovative initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to formulating and implementing Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality-related strategies that support tourism growth and enhance visitor satisfaction.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality offering, including accommodation types, geographical gaps, quality, and guest experience enhancements.
• Ensure alignment of Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality initiatives with destination positioning and tourism product strategies.
• Act as a liaison with the Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality sector, hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, holiday homes operators, etc.
• Develop a quantitative and qualitative understanding of the Abu Dhabi hotel market and build strategic partnerships with hotel groups, tourism associations, and sector investors.
• Support the development of Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality-linked tourism products, such as staycation packages, wellness stays, culinary tourism experiences, and event-driven accommodations.
• Track Abu Dhabi Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality sector financial KPIs, CAPEX costs, GOPPAR, GOP%, EBITDA.
• Benchmark international best practices and incorporate innovative Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality trends into local strategy.
Leadership and Shared Activities:
• As a leader, you will drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by employees of the assigned unit to foster a value-driven culture.
• Manage and ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned unit activity.
