Job Opportunity

An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Palace Lounge team in Jumeirah Al Qasr. Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, conducting pre-shift briefings, preparing reports and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
• One or two years of experience in a similar role with a luxury property; experience in the UAE is desirable.
• Proficient English language skills and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Confident handling complaints of various severity.
